We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not satisfied with the product or you have purchased the wrong shade, we are more than happy to process a return, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • For a full refund, items must be in their original purchase condition. Packaging must be unused, unopened and not defaced.
  • If you’ve purchased the wrong shade and the product has only been lightly used, it can be exchanged only for a different shade or store credit.
  • If the product is faulty, defective, or has been significantly damaged in transit from our home to yours, you are eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit.
  • In order to process your return we require the proof of purchase.
  • The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Please note, each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

To start a return, you just need to do the following:

  • Hit us up at hellosunshine@sunsetdaze.com.au letting us know why you’re requesting a refund or return.
  • If your return is accepted, pop the product in a safe shipping box or container (ideally the epic delivery box you received it in).
  • Post the product to PO Box 453 Kew East, VIC, Australia 3102.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the returned parcel.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
